Customer Care Team

Holly has been with the Santa Margarita Animal Care Team since July 2004 as a Customer Care Representative. The most rewarding aspect of her job is meeting the needs of our clients and patients, and giving all her attention to each individual. She always goes above and beyond in her daily office duties, and is the designated 'Go-To' Customer Care Representative. Originally from New York, Holly has two daughters and five dogs. Outside of work, Holly sings in her church choir and enjoys crafts, music, and reading. She is also a major hockey fan and Disney Pin Trade extraordinaire. We are very blessed to have Holly as a member of our staff.

Hospital Care Team

Pet Care Team

Danielle has been with Santa Margarita Animal Care since May of 2011. She is one of our Pet Care Attendants and assists with the hospital patients regularly. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing the reaction of owners when they pick up their animals from the hospital. Danielle enjoys playing and swimming with her two dogs, Cinnamon and Shasta, and watching movies on a rainy day. Her passion for helping people has inspired her to pursue a career in the medical field in the future. She would like to research cures for life threatening diseases. Rescuing her Golden Retriever changed her life, and she cannot imagine spending a day without animals. Her positive and genuine nature carriers over into her work, and we are delighted to have her as part of our team.
